Job summary

Signet Jewelers is seeking entry-level Jeweler Apprentices to join our Field Design & Service Center Teams in the United States. You will begin with administrative duties and jewelry polishing, learning the trade from the ground up while interacting with stores and customers.

The program advances you toward becoming a Bench Jeweler through extensive hands-on training. You will gain exposure to jewelry design, repair basics, and customer service, with a clear path from apprentice to artisan

Responsibilities

• Perform administrative duties including customer service and clerical tasks.
• Photograph jewelry for intake/tracking and assist with records.
• Learn basics of jewelry repair starting with polishing and quality control.
• Work toward becoming a Bench Jeweler through a structured training program.
• Coordinate with stores and customers to support the design and service centers.
