Backbone Fiber in Colorado is seeking a hands-on, full-time helper to learn fiber installation and support technicians in underground and aerial work. This is a hands-on, full-time position with day-to-day duties that include completing Backbone’s Training and Safety Program, as well as supporting and learning from technicians about underground cable placement, aerial installation, maintenance, and repair of fiber optic networks, as well as ensuring a clean and safe work environment. It involves assisting with troubleshooting and contributing to accurate documentation for the success of the team.
Work Hours: Monday – Thursday: 6:45 AM to 5 PM
Hours vary and are dependent on business needs.
40 Hour Work Week: Monday through Thursday, hours may vary with the workload.
Evenings/Weekends/OT: As needed to satisfy the requirements of the position.
