ITG Communications, LLC is hiring a Fiber Technician to install, maintain, and repair fiber optic systems in homes and businesses. You will support high-speed data transmission infrastructure and work in residential and commercial environments.
We provide paid training, generally 4–8 weeks, with training pay $14.00/hour. After training, technicians transition to production pay with opportunities for overtime.

Purpose:
The Fiber Technician is responsible for performing in-home and on-site installation, maintenance, and repair of fiber optic systems. This role supports the expansion and stability of high-speed data transmission infrastructure and requires work in residential and commercial environments. Technicians must ensure all work is completed to customer satisfaction and meet company quality, safety, and compliance standards.
We provide paid training for all new fiber technicians. Training generally takes 4–8 weeks for those new to the role and may be shorter for experienced candidates. Training pay is $14.00/hour. After training, technicians transition to production pay with opportunities for overtime.
