Penn United Technologies, Inc. is actively hiring for a full-time Apprenticeship Electroplating Technician in our Plating facility in Sarver, PA. The program blends on-the-job training with a three-year in-house certificate and a competitive benefits package.

You will rotate weekly through daylight, afternoon, and midnight shifts, with a 10% premium for non-daylight shifts, and participate in a comprehensive benefits and ESOP program designed to support long-term career growth.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Technical, mechanical and math ability.
• Attention to detail and ability to prioritize.
• Able to work as part of a team and rotate shifts.
• Able to lift 40 lbs and stand 8 hours daily.

Responsabilidades

• Learn required tasks on the plating shop floor and attend classes on site.
• Manage plating parts, including setup, maintenance, and inspection.
• Prepare parts for shipping and keep setup time to a minimum.
• Maintain job tracking system and accurate chemical inventories.
• Follow safety and quality plans and study production schedules.
• Rotate weekly among daylight, afternoon and midnight shifts.
