Job summary

PennEngineering in Danboro, PA is seeking a Plating Operator to join the Plating Team. You will operate a multi-tank computerised plating machine, follow procedures and work instructions, and wear PPE to ensure safe, accurate plating processes.

This role also requires maintaining a clean, organized work area, performing routine maintenance, labeling chemicals, and supporting environmental and safety policies. High school diploma and plating experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1+ years plating experience.
• Good verbal and written communication; basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Runs plating process efficiently to specifications using procedures, instructions or routers.
• Operates a multi-tank computerized plating machine.
• Wears PPE and maintains tanks and waste handling.
• Performs spill response and hazardous waste handling.
• Moves product with pallet jack/hoist and maintains 6S compliant area.
• Inspects finished product per control plan and labels chemicals and hazards.
