Job summary

Cec Companies is seeking an Apprentice Electrician to support installation, alteration, and repair of electrical systems in commercial and industrial environments. You will work under supervision of journeyman/master electricians and be part of a safety-sensitive team.

Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, valid driver's license, and the ability to pass background and drug checks. Travel up to 25% may be required as needed by projects.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Must obtain and renew annually a State approved Electrical Apprentice License (must be licensed in TX).
• Must be able to pass drug and background check.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, install, maintain and test electrical equipment and wiring systems in commercial/industrial settings.
• Prepare work areas for installation of equipment.
• Install electrical components and connect wiring per codes and specifications.
• Maintain tools/equipment, keep work areas organized and safe.
