Job summary

DP Electric is seeking an Apprentice Electrician to learn on active commercial and industrial sites across Arizona. You will work alongside journeyman electricians and foremen, progressing through four levels from Apprentice I to IV as your skills grow.

You may pursue DP University to formalize training, while you gain practical experience, safety training, and a path toward independent tasks and higher responsibility on real projects.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Enrollment in an electrical apprenticeship program or willingness to join.
• Strong safety and quality workmanship commitment.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Assist with installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems as directed.
• Bend and install conduit including EMT, rigid, and PVC.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and diagrams under supervision.
• Troubleshoot electrical issues and help identify solutions.
• Follow safety regulations and perform inspections for compliance.
• Keep work area clean, organized, and safe.
