Job summary

R & D SPECIALTIES LLC. Odessa, Texas, is seeking an Apprentice Electrician to install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, equipment, panels, and fixtures in industrial settings.

You will troubleshoot issues, read blueprints, ensure safety compliance, and conduct routine inspections while keeping accurate records and delivering excellent customer service to clients. Must be within 40 miles of Odessa and authorized to work in the USA.

Qualifications

• Valid electrician's license.
• Minimum 3 years proven experience as an electrician in various settings, including oilfield.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, and safety protocols.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.
• Excellent problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physical stamina and strength for manual labor.
