Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; experience may offset.
• Valid driver’s license with ability to pass MVR checks.
• Must obtain state commercial applicator certification as required by state.
• May need Ag CDL depending on location and duties.

Responsibilities

• Apply dry fertilizer and lime safely and accurately to fields.
• Use applicator equipment and technology to ensure correct products and rates.
• Assist in mixing, loading, unloading, and transporting crop products.
• Maintain logs, perform pre/post inspection of equipment.
• Follow safety rules, PPE, and regulatory guidelines.
• Support scouting, product transport, and customer service tasks.
• Perform calibrations and preventive maintenance as needed.
