Job summary

Keystone Cooperative, Inc. in Indiana is seeking a dedicated Applicator to apply products safely and accurately to labeled crops and sites, operating and maintaining company equipment, and building strong customer relations.

The role requires state commercial applicator certification and an Ag CDL, with on-site work and overtime as seasons demand. Keystone is a 100% farmer-owned cooperative with a long history of serving Indiana, Ohio, Michigan and Illinois communities with energy, agronomy,

Qualifications

High School diploma or GED (or equivalent experience).
Valid driver’s license; able to meet Motor Vehicle Review.
Must obtain and maintain state commercial applicator certification.
Must obtain and maintain an Agricultural CDL.

Responsibilities

Apply dry fertilizer and lime to fields safely and efficiently.
Use equipment and field maps to apply correct products at correct rates.
Assist in mixing, loading, unloading, and transporting crop protection and fertilizer products.
Maintain equipment logs and perform routine calibration and preventive maintenance.
Follow safety, OSHA, and DOT guidelines; comply with regulatory requirements.
