Job summary

Hoist & Crane Service Group in Arkansas is seeking a Technician to specialize in heavy equipment cranes, performing routine maintenance and repairs in the field for our 24/7 service team. This role requires on-call availability and after-hours or weekend work to meet customer needs.

The Technician will troubleshoot, repair, inspect, and upgrade industrial hoists and cranes at customer sites, complete OSHA inspections, document results, and coordinate with service and branch managers to schedule

Qualifications

0–2 years of crane experience in an industrial facility.
Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Commitment to safe work practices.
Willing to work at various heights off the ground.
Basic computer skills.
Ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities

Be on-call and provide after-hours services as required.
Troubleshoot, repair, inspect, and upgrade industrial hoists and cranes at customer locations.
Perform OSHA-required hoist and crane inspections and generate reports.
Coordinate with Service and Branch Managers to schedule daily work.
Operate tools, equipment, and vehicles safely; report deficiencies.
Participate in trainings and company programs.
Other duties as assigned.
