Job summary

BPM LLP is seeking an Apprentice Bookkeeper in Las Vegas to support transactional accounting and learn multiple tracks toward CPA eligibility or continued bookkeeping growth. The role focuses on accurate processing, collaboration, and growth opportunities within BPM’s flexible environment.

You will work with QuickBooks Online, assist with AP/invoicing, and contribute to payroll and tax filings while pursuing CPA-related certifications and professional development through BPM University.

Qualifications

• Some experience with transactional accounting and familiarity with an accounting software platform (QuickBooks Online).
• Strong inclination towards achieving relevant certifications.
• Some college-level coursework in accounting (degree not required).
• Experience in an office environment is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Assist with accounts payable, invoicing, and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare compliance filings such as 1099s, payroll, and sales tax.
• Document work papers and maintain quality control across tasks.
• Communicate status and meet deadlines with the team.
