Anderson Business Advisors in Las Vegas, NV seeks a Part-Time Bookkeeper to provide high-quality services for multiple clients. You will focus on reviewing transaction coding, maintaining records, and generating financial reports while building strong client relationships.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Accounting, 2+ years QuickBooks experience, and strong Excel skills. Expect hybrid work with comprehensive benefits and regular client consultations to drive accurate, actionable records.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of QuickBooks experience (Desktop and Online preferred).
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field.
• Moderate knowledge of Excel.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Experience managing at least 15 client accounts.
• General accounting knowledge (debits/credits).
• Experience communicating with clients about financials.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new clients and assess their needs and set expectations.
• Conduct monthly client check-ins to gather documents and address inquiries.
• Schedule and lead consultation meetings with clients.
• Maintain bookkeeping records for multiple client companies.
• Review client transactions for correct categorization and coding.
• Generate financial reports (P&L, balance sheets, GL, etc.).
• Address past bookkeeping issues to keep books up to date.
• Partner with the global team to ensure efficient service delivery.
