Job summary

The D is seeking an Apprentice Bartender/Barback to support the Beverage - Long Bar. This role ensures supplies are available, assists guests and team members, and maintains a well-stocked, clean bar area.

You will help with opening/closing duties, take orders, build drinks, and process payments during peak times. Applicants should be able to stand for long periods, communicate clearly in English, and meet all regulatory requirements including age and work cards.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and speak English.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests, team members and management.

Responsibilities

• Practice and promote Company Service Standards at all times.
• Restock bar with garnishes, straws, napkins, towels; ensure ice and beverages are stocked.
• Communicate with guests to meet immediate needs.
• Take orders, prepare drinks, buss tables, open tabs and process payments during peak hours.
• Accurately ring up all orders in the POS while engaging with guests.
• Adhere to responsible alcohol service standards and manage intoxicated guests when necessary.
• Maintain records and report usage to assist in reordering and ensure proper storage of deliveries.
