Workout Anytime - Wilkins in Raleigh, NC is seeking an Appointment Setter for a high-performance role. Your job is to turn leads into booked appointments, then into show-ups and revenue, through outbound calls and follow-ups.

This production-based position offers base hourly pay plus 10–20% commission on sales from your appointments, plus bonuses for targets. If you are energetic, coachable, and hungry to advance, this team wants you.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience (fitness, retail, automotive, or similar)
• Energetic, outgoing, and confident on the phone
• Base understanding of fitness
• Ability to build trust and guide conversations
• Competitive and results-driven; handles rejection
• Punctual and takes ownership of results
• Experience in gym membership sales or personal training preferred

APPOINTMENT SETTER (HIGH-PERFORMANCE ROLE) — WORKOUT ANYTIME

THE ROLE

Your job is simple:

Turn leads into booked appointments. Turn booked appointments into people who show up. Turn show-ups into revenue.

You will be responsible for:

• Making 100–150+ outbound calls per shift
• Following up with leads who didn’t respond
• Rebooking missed appointments (no-call/no-shows = opportunity)
• Setting qualified appointments for our coaching team
• Driving show rate and ultimately closing revenue

This is a production-based role. You are measured by output, not effort. You will receive sales and fitness training to ensure the knowledge to succeed.

COMPENSATION

• Base hourly pay
• 10–20% commission on sales generated from your appointments
• Paid per appointment that shows
• Bonus tiers for hitting booking and revenue targets
