Consistent Performance is hiring an experienced Appointment Setter with Recruitment Experience for a full-time in-house role to help grow our sales team and find qualified talent.

We operate 100% remotely with regular in-person team events, and we value a high-performance culture focused on growth, discipline, and winning.
