Qualifications

• Previous appointment-setting, call center, customer service, telemarketing, or inside sales experience is asset but not required.
• Excellent verbal communication skills and professional telephone demeanor are expected.
• Ability to maintain accuracy in data-entry and follow company scripts.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers and respond to inquiries.
• Explain our water consultation services and scheduling process.
• Schedule qualified appointments for company representatives.
• Confirm and update customer information and appointment details.
• Follow up with interested prospects and maintain CRM records.
• Meet individual and team appointment-setting goals.
• Maintain a courteous attitude in all interactions.
