Job summary

Modern Home Technologies LLC seeks motivated Customer Representatives to join our Fort Lauderdale team. You will conduct in-home water testing, educate homeowners on results, and recommend suitable water treatment solutions.

No prior water treatment or sales experience is required; paid training and ongoing support are provided. This full-time, in-person role requires travel across the Greater Fort Lauderdale area and a professional, customer-focused demeanor.

Qualifications

• No prior water treatment or sales experience required.
• Paid training and ongoing support provided.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Must be able to travel to scheduled appointments in the greater Fort Lauderdale area.
• Must reside full-time in the Greater Fort Lauderdale/South Florida area and be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Conduct scheduled in-home water quality assessments and testing to help homeowners understand water issues.
• Provide in-home presentations educating homeowners about water quality and treatment options.
• Explain and recommend whole-home water treatment solutions for common municipal concerns.
• Inspect potential installation locations and assist in cost assessments.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with customers and manage expectations.
