Spade Recruiting is seeking a friendly, results-driven Call Center / Appointment Setter to join our team. You will reach out to prospective clients by phone and email to support our sales team in hitting monthly meeting goals and secure qualified appointments.

Responsibilities include logging calls, reaching out to uncontacted prospects, handling inquiries, scheduling meetings with Sales Representatives, and providing product information.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication required.
• Ability to use basic computer applications.
• Knowledge of customer service principles and practices is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Maintain a detailed log of calls, including unanswered ones.
• Contact prospective clients and attempt to reach them.
• Answer incoming calls from prospective clients.
• Call prospective clients using provided phone numbers.
• Familiarize yourself with product and service details.
• Schedule consultations with Sales Representatives.
• Address basic questions about products and services.
