BathWorks Michigan is hiring an Appointment Setter Call Center Sales Representative for our Grand Rapids area on-site team. You’ll earn a base hourly rate plus uncapped bonuses with the potential to reach $50,000–$70,000 annually, depending on performance.

You will connect with homeowners interested in Jacuzzi bath remodels, follow up on leads, schedule design consultations, and help keep the sales pipeline moving. A competitive, goal-driven mindset and strong communication are essential.

What You'll Do

• Connect with homeowners who have already shown interest in a Jacuzzi bath remodel.
• Follow up on leads and guide potential customers through the next step in our process.
• Schedule design consultations and help keep the sales pipeline moving.
• Learn how to confidently handle objections and set appointments.
• Play a key role in helping BathWorks grow.

• Ability to commute to our Byron Center office.
• Availability for one of the following consistent schedules:
• Monday - Friday - 11:30am-8:00pm
• Sunday - Thursday - 10:00am-6:30pm
• Sales, customer service, or call center experience is helpful, but not required.
