BathWorks of Michigan is seeking a Jacuzzi Bath Remodel Sales Representative to conduct in-home appointments, design premium remodel solutions, and close sales with homeowners within roughly a 100‑mile radius.

This role offers a base salary plus uncapped commissions, a monthly car allowance, pre‑set high‑intent leads, paid training, and benefits as the company grows across West Michigan. If you thrive on competition, building relationships, and controlling your income, this is your opportunity.

Jacuzzi Bath Remodel Sales Representative | Base Salary + Uncapped Commission

Grand Rapids, Lansing & Kalamazoo Areas | BathWorks of Michigan

BathWorks of Michigan specializes in premium Jacuzzi bath and shower remodels, and we’re growing fast across West Michigan. We’re looking for driven sales professionals who want to earn big, compete at a high level, and help homeowners transform one of the most important rooms in their home.

This is not a cold‑calling role. We provide pre‑set, high‑intent appointments with homeowners already requesting consultations for premium bath and shower remodeling projects.

What You’ll Do

• Run in‑home sales appointments with homeowners
• Design and present premium Jacuzzi bath and shower remodeling solutions
• Follow our proven sales system
• Create urgency, build trust, and confidently ask for the sale
• Deliver a world‑class customer experience from consultation to close
• Travel within approximately a 100‑mile radius of your home.

• Availability for a rotating stable schedule:

• Week 1: Monday‑Friday
• Week 2: Tuesday‑Saturday

• Availability for appointment times at 10 AM, 2 PM, and 6 PM
• Ability to run approximately 11 appointments per week (not guaranteed)
