Renewal by Andersen, the custom division of Andersen Windows, is seeking outgoing individuals to represent our brand at events, retail locations, and community sites. You will engage with homeowners, start conversations, and share information about our window and door solutions.

This role includes paid training in communication and lead generation, mileage reimbursement, and growth opportunities, with an hourly rate of $18 and weekly performance bonuses.

Qualifikationen

• Comfortable talking to new people and building rapport.
• Positive, reliable, and self-motivated.
• Interested in gaining experience in sales, marketing, or customer engagement.
• Able to stand for extended periods during events and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Personal reliable transportation required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
