Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Appointment Setter role based in Windsor, CA. The Appointment Setter is responsible for contacting prospective and existing clients, qualifying leads, and scheduling appointments for the sales team. Daily tasks include making outbound calls, following up on incoming inquiries, updating appointment and lead information in the CRM, and confirming meeting details with clients. The role also involves answering basic questions about BoosterProfile’s services, providing professional customer service, and collaborating with sales and marketing team members to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Setting Appointments and Appointment Scheduling, with the ability to manage calendars and coordinate multiple meetings efficiently.
• Experience with Lead Generation, including qualifying prospects and identifying opportunities that align with company services.
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills, with a professional phone manner and the ability to build rapport quickly.
