About The Role

We are seeking an experienced, English speaking Appointment Setter to support our sales team. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of proven experience using Salesforce or Active Campaign and be comfortable with click-to-dial call platforms. You will be responsible for generating qualified appointments with prospective clients, maintaining CRM records, and ensuring a professional and engaging communication experience.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential clients using click-to-dial platforms to schedule appointments for our sales representatives
Qualify leads and set up meetings, ensuring all appointments meet our criteria
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in Salesforce or Active Campaign
Follow up on leads and keep track of appointment schedules
Communicate professionally and persuasively with prospects
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless handoff of qualified leads

Requirements

English proficiency
3-5 years of experience as an Appointment Setter or in a similar outbound sales role
Hands-on experience with Salesforce or Active Campaign CRM platforms
