Job summary

West Shore Home in Mechanicsburg, PA is hiring an Inside Sales Representative to handle inbound calls, nurture interested customers, and schedule appointments for the In-Home Sales team. This full-time role is in-person at our Mechanicsburg call center, with daytime and evening shifts and paid training.

You'll work to meet daily and monthly goals, track interactions in Salesforce, and learn product offerings across bathrooms, windows, doors, and flooring.

Looking for a full-time opportunity with paid training, growth potential, and a team-focused environment?

West Shore Home is hiring Inbound Sales Representatives to join our Mechanicsburg call center team. In this role, you’ll speak with customers who have already expressed interest in our products and help schedule appointments for our In-Home Sales team — no cold calling.

This is a fast-paced, phone-based sales role focused on customer communication, follow-up, and appointment setting.

What You’ll Do

• Educate customers on West Shore Home products and services
