Inside Sales Representative

Mechanicsburg, PA (In Person)

Multiple full-time shifts available, including daytime and evening schedules

Looking for a full-time opportunity with paid training, growth, and uncapped bonus potential?

West Shore Home is hiring Inside Sales Representatives to join our Mechanicsburg call center team. In this role, you’ll speak with customers who have already expressed interest in our products and help schedule appointments for our In-Home Sales team.

This is a fast-paced, phone-based sales role focused on customer engagement and appointment setting - no cold calling.

Compensation

Hourly Rate: $18.75-19.75 + Performance Bonus

Performance Bonus: $2,500–$7,000 Average Annual Bonus Opportunity. This range represents average annual bonus earnings and is not guaranteed. Actual earnings vary based on performance and eligibility.
