We're expanding our Appointment Setter team with a small group of high-caliber individuals who want to be paid for performance, trained by experienced leaders, and given real room to grow.

Your Role:

You'll connect with people who are already seeking financial clarity - and help them feel confident enough to take the next step. You'll use real conversations, not cold call lists. You'll build relationships, not just pipelines.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• - Engage prospects through social platforms, professional communities, and personal networks
• - Lead discovery-style conversations to understand goals, challenges, and financial situations
• - Communicate our services in a way that's personal, simple, and relevant
• - Qualify prospects and coordinate appointments with our advisory team- Follow up consistently and maintain organized notes and pipeline records
• - Meet weekly activity and performance benchmarks

Compensation:

• - $900–$1,800/week performance-based - top performers exceed this
