Job summary

Baraca Capital is seeking a proactive front-line outreach specialist to be the first point of contact for prospective investors. You will qualify interest, book calls, and ensure each lead receives Baraca's standard of care.

You will engage in English and Dutch interactions, manage inquiries via phone, email and WhatsApp, and maintain accurate CRM records while coordinating with the advisory team across time zones.

What We Are Looking For

• Fluent Dutch and English, written and spoken
• Experience in appointment setting, sales development, or a comparable outreach role
• A structured, detail-oriented way of working
• Comfort working with international clients across time zones
