Job summary

Edwards Auto Group in Council Bluffs, IA is seeking an enthusiastic Appointment Setter for our Bargain Center. The Appointment Setter will handle all incoming email and phone leads for online vehicle shoppers. This full-time, in-person role runs 12pm-8pm Monday through Thursday and Saturday 8am-6pm.

The position offers hourly compensation with performance bonuses. Strong communication, script adherence, and multi-tasking are essential to succeed in this fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to follow call scripts and handle objections over the phone.
• Proficient in Word and Excel.
• Strong time management and multi-tasking abilities.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
• Must have valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Handle all incoming internet email leads and internet phone leads.
• Be available to respond to email inquiries in a professional, well-spoken manner.
• Prepare to interact with customers via phone calls every day (similar to call center).
• Check email frequently and respond to inquiries immediately.
• Set customers up to come into the dealership, where a Sales specialist will guide them through the buying process.
• Sell yourself, the dealer ship, and the experience of shopping with Edwards Bargain Center.
