Quality Home Services in Central California is seeking outgoing Lead Generators to work inside local Home Depot stores, engaging shoppers with a friendly, well-trained script to generate interest and set qualified appointments for in-home water assessments.

The position offers a $19.00 per hour base pay, uncapped weekly bonuses, paid training, flexible part-time hours, weekly pay, and growth opportunities within the company, with potential for full-time employment and benefits such as health

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication and enthusiasm when speaking with customers.
• Independent, self-motivated and able to handle rejection.
• Tech-savvy and able to learn app-based systems.
• Must be able to work Saturdays.
• Ability to stand and walk for 4–6 hours per shift.
• Reliable transportation to local Home Depot stores.

We offer paid training with a lucrative base an unlimited bonus opportunity. Our top Lead Generators make equivalent to $25/hour!

Responsibilities:

• Engage shoppers in conversation via a well-trained script to generate interest in more information
• Help set qualified appointments for in-home water assessments
• Call the Call Center to confirm and schedule the customer’s appointment time on the spot
• Use the provided script and technology tools accurately
• Maintain energy and professionalism throughout the shift
• Meet and exceed hourly appointment expectations

Qualifications and Requirements:
