St. Paul Eye Clinic is seeking highly qualified and motivated candidates to join our longstanding team of vision care experts. Our team of ophthalmologists, optometrists, and support staff work side‑by‑side to serve patients at six Twin Cities locations.
Appointment scheduling duties include scheduling patient visits, collecting patient information and insurance details, and fielding calls for all six locations. Previous experience with medical appointment scheduling, knowledge of insurance, and experience with electronic health records (EHR) are required.

Education: High school diploma.
Experience: Minimum one year in an appointment‑scheduling position, preferably in a medical practice; knowledge of insurance and EHR preferred; experience in an ophthalmology practice a plus.

Equipment Operated: Standard office equipment, including computer hardware and software, telephone, scanner, and printer.
Work Environment: Well‑lit office setting.
Mental/Physical Requirements: Mostly sedentary with occasional standing, walking, reaching; periodic stress from handling many calls and patient requests.
Location: Appointment center located in the Headquarter Woodbury location, 2080 Woodwinds Drive, Suite 110, Woodbury, MN 55125. Hours: Monday through Friday, 7:30 am–4:30 pm. Shift variations apply; travel limited.
Compensation details: $19–23 hourly wage.
