Job summary

Guardian Windows in Phoenix, AZ is seeking an entry-level Sales Representative to be the first contact with homeowners, build rapport, and schedule appointments for our sales team. No experience required, and full training is provided, with competitive pay and uncapped bonuses.

You’ll travel with a team across pre-selected markets and help homeowners improve comfort and energy efficiency. The role offers rapid advancement, a supportive team environment, and real opportunities to grow your career

Role Overview

As a Sales Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact between Guardian Windows and potential customers. Your role is to engage homeowners, build rapport, and schedule appointments for our sales team. You’ll help identify customers’ needs and set the stage for a smooth, informative, and positive experience.

This is an ideal position for someone who’s personable, driven, and enjoys talking with people — no prior experience in windows or construction is required!
