Guardian Windows in Phoenix, AZ is seeking an entry-level Sales Representative to be the first contact with homeowners, build rapport, and schedule appointments for our sales team. No experience required, and full training is provided, with competitive pay and uncapped bonuses.

• Schedule appointments for the sales team to meet with interested homeowners.
• Represent the Guardian Windows brand with professionalism and enthusiasm.
• Maintain accurate records of leads and appointments.
• Support teammates and contribute to a positive, high-energy team environment.
