Job summary

You’ll support growth by contacting small business owners and coordinating with therapists to optimize patient flow.

The position offers a solid base salary plus bonus and commission, with total compensation potentially exceeding $50,000 annually, plus paid time off.

Qualifications

• 1 year of successful inside sales experience.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with CRM and Practice Management systems; willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Follow up on leads to qualify and schedule consultations.
• Make 20–40 outbound calls per day for campaigns and leads.
• Confirm appointments to reduce no-shows.
• Assist in rescheduling or canceling appointments as needed (consult).
• Prepare and send Shock and Awe materials to booked consultations.
• Update CRM with accurate records and lead statuses.
• Find prospects for outside events and schedule appointments.
• Assist at outside events (product table, registration, customer service).
• Learn products, price points and promotions to help close sales.
