Job summary

Exact Medicare is seeking a Licensed Insurance Agent to help individuals navigate Medicare programs. You will educate clients on Medicare options (Parts C & D as well as Med Supp/MediGap and ancillary products), recommend suitable plans based on their needs, and help with enrollment and transitions between plans.

You will assist with enrollment and transitions between plans, conduct plan comparisons, ensure CMS compliance, and maintain accurate records in a high-volume sales environment while

Qualifications

• Holds valid health insurance license.
• Current plan year AHIP certification.
• Understanding of sales and ability to generate revenue.
• Ability to contract and become RTS with multiple insurance carriers (3 main MAPD carriers or 2 main MAPD carriers and one approved secondary carrier).
• Must be authorized to legally work in the United States without sponsorship.

Minimum Qualifications

• Can provide proof of release or intent to release if previously or currently appointed elsewhere.
• Current plan year AHIP certification.
• Understanding of sales and ability to generate revenue.
• Capability to contract and become RTS (ready-to-sell) with multiple insurance carriers (3 main MAPD carriers or 2 main MAPD carriers and one approved secondary carrier).
• • Main MAPD carriers: United Healthcare, Humana, Aetna
  • Secondary carriers: Cigna, Anthem, Wellcare, Zing, Devoted
• Comfortable operating in a metrics-driven environment with expectations around sales performance, and call compliance.
• Ability to work in compliance with CMS Federal regulations.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
• Must be authorized to legally work in the United States without sponsorship.
