You have 3+ years building models for business use, and a PhD or MS with 4+ years in CS/ML. Proficiency with Java, C++, or Python is required, with strong fundamentals in algorithms and data structures.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of building models for business applications.
• Experience with ML methods and online experimentation.
• Strong programming in Java, C++, or Python.

Responsibilities

• Be a technical leader in ML, optimization, and causal inference and drive full life-cycle projects.
• Build machine learning models, run proof-of-concept, experiment, optimize, and deploy to production.
• Develop algorithms for online optimization, bandits, and reinforcement learning and productionize them.
• Develop, design, and run A/B experiments, gather data, and perform statistical analysis.
• Establish scalable, automated processes for monitoring and feedback.
• Collaborate with software engineers to productionize work.
• Research new ML and optimization approaches.
• Recruit and mentor scientists on the team.
