Qualifications

• Be currently enrolled in a PhD program or a Master’s program with research experience.
• Understanding of NLP and/or ML methods, including Large Language Models.
• Experience with model training, fine tuning, and evaluating ML/LLM experiments.
• Proficient in Python and cloud experience (preferably AWS).
• Experience with ML/NLP libraries such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit‑learn, spaCy, LangChain, and HuggingFace.
• Comfort working with unstructured data and data cleaning/processing methods.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
