Job summary

Thomson Reuters Labs is seeking a Research Engineer to contribute to AI/ML research and build data-driven capabilities for professionals worldwide. The role spans designing, building, testing, and delivering scalable ML solutions in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

You will work on end-to-end ML pipelines, deploy production-grade models, and collaborate with remote teams across multiple domains. A strong foundation in Python, NLP, and cloud platforms is essential for success.

Qualifications

• BS in CS or related field.
• 2+ years software engineering experience, ML/NLP.
• Proficient in Python and data science stack.
• Familiarity with NLP tasks such as NER, Information Extraction, Information Retrieval.
• Experience deploying ML capabilities into production systems.
• Cloud experience with AWS/Azure.
