Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience building models for business applications.
• PhD or Master's degree with 4+ years in CS, CE, ML or related field.
• Experience publishing in top-tier conferences or journals.
• Experience programming in Java, C++, or Python.
• Experience with algorithms, data structures, parsing, numerical optimization, data mining, parallel and distributed computing, or HPC.

Responsibilities

• Build and validate ML models for network demand forecasting and capacity optimization.
• Collaborate with network engineers, software developers, and supply chain specialists to translate problems into production-ready solutions.
• Drive hypothesis-driven research to inform business roadmap decisions for network traffic modeling.
• Build production systems to deliver low-latency network forecast predictions and scale throughput.
• Own problems end-to-end from customer needs to implemented solutions with long-term impact.
• Contribute to code reviews, design discussions, and knowledge sharing.
• Tackle high-impact challenges and drive them to resolution.
• Learn broadly by collaborating with cross-functional teams to leverage diverse perspectives and resources.
