Job summary

Prime Intellect is building the open superintelligence stack. We seek researchers and engineers to build post-training and agent systems for public-sector and regulated-industry settings, operating within strict data, access, and auditability boundaries.

You will turn workflows into environments, evaluations, and deployable updates, often directly with customers and partners, advancing high-assurance AI through transparent, auditable systems.

Qualifications

• Experience in RL/post-training and private ML systems.
• Experience with high-assurance evaluation and agent safety.
• Background in regulated-domain ML or public-sector deployments.
• Hands-on in building and debugging model-training and post-training loops.

Responsibilities

• Own improvement loops inside operator's boundary from trace to deployed update.
• Develop agents with permissions, evidence trails, and bounded tools.
• Design evaluations for reliability, calibration, and compliance.
• Run experiments on privacy, access, and infra constraints across settings.
