Job summary

Prime Intellect, Inc. is building open frontier AI infrastructure and a full-stack platform for post-training at frontier scale, from SFT and RL to tool use and agent workflows. The role focuses on continual learning systems, evaluating long-horizon tasks, and deploying measurable research into production.

You will work externally with customers and partners, owning experiments that push model performance and general capabilities while maintaining a strong research agenda.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in continual or online learning, RL, meta-learning, memory systems, post-training data loops, adaptive production ML, or evaluation under changing distributions.

Responsibilities

• Turn workflows into tasks, environments, evaluations, and reward signals for post-training experiments.
• Compare streaming RL, batched post-training, and distillation; determine where improvements belong (model weights, memory, prompts, or subagent state).
• Build task-generation and training pipelines with reproducible data and harness versions.
