Job summary

SentiLink Corp is hiring an Applied ML Manager to lead a team of ML scientists focused on fraud detection and identity verification in the US. You will own end-to-end projects, coach engineers, and contribute hands-on where it matters, guiding product and risk teams with strategic ML insight.

You’ll work with Python, SQL and modern ML tools, shaping the future of identity solutions while ensuring AI safety and data governance.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of industry experience applying ML or statistics to real-world problems.
• 3+ years directly managing ML or data science teams.
• Experience leading ML teams in fraud/identity/fintech or related domains.
• Production ML model development and deployment experience.
• Production-quality Python code and tests.

Responsibilities

• Directly manage a team of applied ML scientists, 4 today and 6 by end of 2026.
• Own execution for your area: priorities, delivery, results.
• Coach and mentor, remain hands-on where it matters, including code reviews.
• Partner with senior leadership, Product, Engineering, Risk to prioritize work.
• Communicate progress and decisions; participate in product strategy discussions.
• Develop and improve fraud detection and identity models across the lifecycle.
