Job summary

MERGE is a marketing and technology agency at the intersection of health and wellness, known for Whole Human Marketing. We seek a Manager, Applied Intelligence to lead measurement and analytics for diverse client engagements across digital, traditional, and social channels.

You’ll own testing, drive insights, and partner with cross-functional teams to optimize marketing ROI. The role emphasizes client communication, data-driven decision making, and mentorship of analytics teams.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of digital analytics experience with 2+ years designing analytics solutions (Adobe Analytics/GA)
• 5-7 years in digital measurement, planning, analysis, data modeling or management consulting
• Experience using data to drive client learnings and recommendations
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Strong client-facing communication and mentoring experience
• Advanced Excel/Sheets and PowerPoint; Google Workspace proficiency
• HTML/CSS/JavaScript basics for analytics tagging
• Exposure to CDPs, CRMs, or DMPs
• Familiarity with SQL, Python, or R; BigQuery knowledge is a plus

Responsibilities

• Lead performance reporting and analysis for client engagements across channels
• Define and track KPIs and success metrics for marketing content and web development
• Perform exploratory data analysis to uncover drivers and insights
• Design innovative analytics solutions and guide digital transformation
• Own all aspects of A/B testing from design to learnings
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects
