Job summary

Prime Intellect is seeking an Applied Researcher to build post-training and agent systems for public-sector and regulated-industry settings. You will turn workflows into tasks, environments, evaluations, and reward signals, deploying what works and ensuring compliance with data and audit requirements.

You will collaborate with customers and research partners while pursuing a strong research agenda, developing reusable research, open-source systems, and production capabilities.

Qualifications

• Strong Python programming skills applied to ML systems.
• Experience with RL/post-training workflows and evaluations.
• Experience building and debugging model-training, post-training, agent, evaluation loops.
• Familiarity with operating in regulated domains and maintaining auditability.
