Idaho National Laboratory is seeking a Technical Engineering Collaboration Specialist to join the Applied Engineering team at the REC facility on a 9x80 schedule with every other Friday off. The role involves providing expert engineering input, developing evaluations, and guiding procurement for critical equipment.

The position supports strategic projects powering America's nuclear and energy future, with safety and compliance paramount and a DOE Q‑level clearance required for employment

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience providing technical input to engineering teams.
• Ability to troubleshoot and propose solutions with engineers and operators.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with engineers and scientists to provide technical input on tasks.
• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert to offer solutions for Facility Managers, Engineers, and Researchers.
• Troubleshoot and repair issues with engineers and operators using data analytic tools.
