Qualifications

• Experience shipping LLM-based agents or AI tooling.
• Strong Python and software integration skills.
• Ability to work across electrical and mechanical engineering domains.
• Eval-driven mindset for AI systems.
• Comfort with cross-disciplinary collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Build and own AI systems that turn engineering requirements into verified designs.
• Build agents that operate CAD, EDA, and simulation tools to generate designs and run experiments.
• Develop workflows spanning schematic capture, PCB layout, mechanical CAD, and simulations.
• Build tool integrations and representations for geometry, connectivity, and manufacturing constraints.
• Design evals that measure correctness, constraint satisfaction, and manufacturability.
• Turn simulation outputs and test data into structured feedback models.
• Curate datasets and design memory from trajectories and outcomes.
• Build reproducible experiment infrastructure for traceability and scale.
• Ship agent-generated designs with teams across electrical, mechanical, and manufacturing.
• Continuously evaluate model releases and deploy best models for each stage.
