Etched.ai, Inc. is building frontier AI-driven hardware and production systems in San Jose.

You will own the development of agentic systems that translate operational signals into actionable production plans, enabling faster ramp and reliable delivery. You will work with Platform, Production, Supply Chain, and Finance teams to model scenarios, triage changes, and design agents that augment and scale our manufacturing processes.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to implement Python solutions in complex stacks.
• Experience building and shipping agent-based AI tooling.
• Experience integrating AI systems with production workflows.
• Ability to prototype, test, and iterate on AI-enabled tooling.
• Strong problem-solving skills across hardware, software, and data.
• Comfort working in ambiguous environments and driving impact.

Responsibilities

• Own development of agentic systems that translate signals into executed plans.
• Model production plans and simulate scenarios to optimize ramp and delivery.
• Triages changes and unexpected events to keep schedules on track.
• Collaborate with Platform, Production, Supply Chain, Finance, and manufacturing partners.
