Job summary

Heartland ABA is seeking compassionate individuals to join our clinical team in Parsons, KS. You will provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community locations, support independence, and record session data. No prior experience required; paid training is provided.

Part-time positions with afternoon hours (1:15pm–5:00pm) and pay ranging from $17 to $25 per hour based on experience. Great entry point into the ABA field with flexibility for students.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Reliable method of transportation.
• Must complete the 40 Hour RBT Training before working.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for the direct implementation of skill building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
• Collaborate with families and providers to enhance treatment effectiveness.

• Required to take the 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician course.
• Minimum 6 month commitment required
