Job summary

Heartland ABA in Parsons, KS, seeks part-time ABA technicians to provide one-on-one services in clients' homes or community settings. Earn $17–$25 per hour with paid training and a flexible schedule, perfect for students or those new to the field.

No prior experience required; candidates must complete the 40-hour RBT training and have reliable transportation. Training is provided, and you’ll join a supportive clinical team making a real impact in children’s lives.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, implementing skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
• Collaborate with families and providers to enhance treatment effectiveness.

Location: Parsons

Schedule: Monday - Friday: 1:15pm-5:00pm

Need to Knows:

• Services will be provided in clients' homes or in the community-based locations.
• All positions start off part-time.
• Required to take the 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician course.
• Minimum 6 month commitment required
