Job summary

BK Healthcare Management is seeking ABA assistants in Parsons, KS for part-time roles. Work in clients' homes or community locations, with afternoon hours and a Monday–Friday schedule (1:15pm–5:00pm). No experience required; full training is provided and RBT training must be completed.

Pay ranges from $17–$25 per hour and experience-based advancement is possible in the growing ABA field. Reliable transportation and a minimum 6-month commitment are encouraged as part of joining our clinical team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Reliable method of transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for the direct implementation of skill building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
• Collaborate with families and providers to enhance treatment effectiveness.

Need to Knows:

• Required to take the 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician course.
• Minimum 6 month commitment required
